Right at Home (provider of non-medical home care) of Fairfield County is hiring for a Scheduler/HR Assistant! We've been nominated best home care provider and best place to work multiple years in a row. The ideal candidate will have scheduling experience in home care, home health, hospice or related industries. Hours are Monday through Friday 830a-5p. Starting salary of $45,000. Responsibilities of Scheduler/HR Assistant:

• Scheduler/HR Assistant will serve as the primary contact for clients, family members, and caregivers
• Manage every detail of the care schedule with general guidance from care management staff
• Scheduler/HR Assistant will ensure all scheduled shifts are staffed and completed
• Ensure proper care and high quality experiences
• Align with company management and office staff to ensure a strong caregiver engagement and client delight
• Assist in payroll and other HR functions

Requirements of Scheduler/HR Assistant:

• High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills and demonstrated logical thinking
• Ability to work independently while adhering to certain pre-defined standards and communicating frequently, clearly and efficiently
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed, and share after-hours on-call answering service back up duty

Qualifications of Scheduler/HR Assistant:

• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
• Ability to multi-task
• Pleasant
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• High School Diploma/GED required ; Associate's/Bachelor's degree with focus in business administration or relevant field is a plus
