Job Description:
  • Organize/ schedule the development and implementation of daily, weekly, or long-range strategic preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance plans. Organize and coordinate the daily corrective and emergency maintenance requests by shifting and reprioritizing existing schedules.
  • Develops repair plans for maintenance divisions by reviewing work orders to clarify intent with originators. Research using maps, road inventories, property records, and GIS to determine maintenance responsibilities. Contacts customers to gather additional information is required or when referral to another work unit including multi-craft jobs with other Business Units or outside services/ vendors prior to commencement of work. Enters labor, materials and equipment used on work orders in work management system once the work is completed.
  • Assists with monitoring, analysis/ assessing effectiveness, and efficiency of all aspects of work performed and recommend adjustments to job and safety plans.
  • Assist with Operational Managers with accessing, compiling, and organizing data to generate reports in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborates and assists managers with establishing workload priorities.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships. Frequently communicates with managers and crew leaders regarding emergency situations.
  • Conducts weekly meetings with Operational Managers to review forecasted scheduling requirements and to evaluate the effectiveness of existing job plans.
  • Collaborates with CMS team to strive for and attain goals set by team to assist in overall effectiveness of the computer management system.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Planning, Industrial/ Engineering technology or related field and two (2) years experience.
  • OR Six (6) years professional experience can be substituted at management discretion.
  • OR Related professional program/ project management may substitute for the required education.
  • Valid Florida Driver’s License.
About Everything Else:
Pay Range: $51,542.40 - $69,284.80
