Scheduling Coordinator
For more than 35 years, RCM Health Care Services has provided staffing solutions to the finest health care institutions across the nation. We specialize in permanent placement of Nursing, Health Information Management (HIM), Rehabilitation, Managed Care, Allied Health Care Professionals and Physicians as well as temporary placement and Travel Nurse assignments.

Overview:
- Full-Time
- Hours: M-F 9am-4pm,
Responsibilities:
- Contacting nursing and health care pool to coordinate call outs and coverage's
- Reporting daily openings & updates to scheduling team
- Pair highly skilled health care professionals with appropriate cases
- Schedule replacements when needed
- Provide constant communication with our large pool of staff
Requirements:
- Experience scheduling in the medical field preferred
- Must be able to work variable hours 7am to 4pm and some evening and / or weekends, when needed.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to express ideas and information (both in written and oral form) clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the audience and uses appropriate lines of authority.
- Ability to provide staffing solutions with minimal supervision.
- Must be proficient in google docs/technology
- Strong detail-orientation, organization, and clerical skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Compensation:
- $19-$20/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
