Scheduling Manager (Remote) Job at TDB Communications

Since 1999 TDB Communications, Inc. has placed thousands of employees in various positions across the United States. We are looking for an experienced (Remote) Scheduling Manager to continue to make a positive impact with our client(s).

The (Remote) Scheduling Manager will be responsible for scheduling field assessments for contract services and entering referral data into the database system, ensuring quality levels meet contract and company standards. The Scheduling Manager will also monitor scheduling team onboarding and performance, offering appropriate feedback to management.

To prepare you for this endeavor, TDB will provide you the tools and resources to provide our client(s) with the highest level of service, support, and professionalism.

This schedule is as follows:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay and Benefits:

Base rate $70,000 – $73,000 annually ($33.65 per hour – $35.09 per hour) – commensurate on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Scheduling Team Management

Update the scheduling team with all current policies and procedures of the project and follow up to make sure processes are being used.

Monitor the quality of the scheduling team and provide feedback.

Assist schedulers with questions regarding client(s) Medical Experts (MEs) processes and procedures.

Review all Medical Experts CVs to check for additional specialties as well as clean up the CVs before uploading to client’s electronic records system.

Communicate with the client(s) when needed regarding questions on scheduling issues.

Assisted the scheduling team in writing verbiage for MEs and Client(s) as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Medical Expert Training and Onboarding

Trained all Medical Experts in client’s electronic records system and our processes and procedures.

Assist in the partnering of new MEs with tenure and MEs for any questions they might have in their upcoming testimonies/interrogatories.

Provide onboarding to all new MEs.

Other duties as assigned.

Medical Expert Point of Contact

Constant communication with Medical Experts to assist in all scheduling process and procedures questions or concerns.

Follow up with Medical Experts for feedback on cases they have worked.

Provide feedback to Medical Experts when we receive deficiency notices.

Assist Medical Experts in reviewing medical files when needed.

Assist in all electronic records system troubleshooting for all Medical Experts.

Other duties as assigned

Scheduling and Reporting
Schedule all Urgent cases with Medical Experts and negotiate bonus incentives with Medical Experts when needed.

Systems and Reporting

Run electronic records system reports daily and cross-reference with our tracker to make sure data matches and communicate with Regional Manager as well as Reporting Analyst any discrepancies found to communicate with Client(s) and get problem resolved.

Assist in monitoring the Client(s) ME Mailbox for any urgent issues

Update CRM with all communication had with Medical Experts

Daily meetings with Program Manager and Reporting Analyst to ensure all cases have been completed, scheduled and invoicing has been submitted.

Collected the most up to date contact information to update our systems.

Client(s) and ME Liaison

Communicate with Client(s) when Medical Experts had questions or concerns regarding interrogatories

Supported the Client(s) ME Team in quickly resolving scheduling issues.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

5+ years of supervisory experience.

Deliver a single large project or multiple smaller projects at the same time.

Recommend innovative methodologies, techniques, and criteria for projects.

Knowledge of workflows and project mapping.

Able to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.

Communicate updates and project status effectively and efficiently.
