Maine Health Cancer Care is looking for a motivated person that will help our rapidly growing practice.
This individual would be working in a busy and vibrant practice both interfacing with patients and supporting the practice administratively. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, comfortable with deadlines, and computer savvy.
This position can be hybrid with the ability to work from home and come into the office as needed. You will work closely with leadership to schedule meetings, take minutes, and help with administrative tasks in addition to patient facing scheduling.
Position Summary
Position is responsible for performing appointment scheduling for a high-volume multi-physician specialty care practice, including coordination of surgeries, and/or surgical procedures at multiple locations.
