School Psychologist - Elementary Level Job at Winnisquam Regional School District
Under the supervision of the Director of Student Services, the elementary-level School Psychologist works with students in Grades K - 4 at two elementary schools (Sanbornton Central School and Southwick School). The School Psychologist is an essential member of the Special Education process and integral to our evaluation team. The School Psychologist engages in collaborative problem solving; develops functional behavior assessments; provides behavioral interventions; and completes Psychoeducational Evaluations. Additionally, the School Psychologist provides interventions and supports designed to increase student's academic, social, emotional, and developmental skills; provides direct and indirect services for students, families, and educators; and works with school teams to create supportive learning and social environments for our students.This is a non-CBA position on a 190 day Professional-level contract.
