ProCare Therapy is seeking an Social Worker for the current school year in Sauk Village.
To qualify for an interview, all applicants must have up to date licensure and credentials to be a Social Worker in the state of Illinois. This includes the PEL, and a Type 73 license. Previous school or pediatric experience preferred. District may required COVID 19 VX or testing.

For this position the social worker will be in constant collaboration with the school staff and will be supporting students K-12th grade. This position starts now until the end of the full school year, and will involve general social working duties, including meeting with parents and guardians, providing guidance, participating in special education assessments, and providing crisis interventions. More details on the age group, detailed duties, and more will be given during the interview process. All interviews are currently being held virtually.
