Position Title: Scribe / Business Analyst
The ideal candidate will be working onsite directly with the state and assigned project managers.
Will be responsible for -
- Scheduling meetings
- Gathering meeting topics and preparing agendas
- Making copies
- Taking notes during project meetings
- Documenting and tracking action items
- Assisting with documentation
- Loading documents to the appropriate SharePoint sites
- Other related activities as necessary to meet the goals and objectives
Ideal candidate is proficient in MS Office, willing to work on-site (Jefferson City) most of the week.
