SUMMARY: Responsible for all electronic video and audio surveillance systems in order to observe and
monitor CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES for any violations of the Colorado Gaming Act
or company standard and procedures, to report violations as required, and to ensure
for the safety and security of all CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Performs duties in compliance with safety procedures, which includes use of safety equipment. Incumbents are responsible for following safety procedures,
identifying unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of unsafe conditions, as directed.

2. Attendance, be here on time and ready to work.

3. Services and maintains (to the best of his/her ability) the electronic video and audio surveillance systems in
order to observe and monitor customers and team members for any violations of the Colorado Gaming Act or company standards and procedures, reports violations
as required, and ensures for the safety and security of all customers and team members.

4. Performs duties in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act, regulations, and ICMP.

5. Conducts and reviews surveillance in performing incident investigations by reviewing and analyzing videotapes,
and reports findings to management staff as directed. Works with security personnel during investigations of incidents, accidents, and work related
injuries, and thefts to determine and identify evidence through videotape review.

6. Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities, and prior to taking action, exercises
caution and evaluates circumstances for appropriate surveillance or safety response. Seeks guidance from the Surveillance Supervisor, as needed or
directed.

7. Develops and maintains effective working relationships and good customer service skills with all customers and employees.

8. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.

9. Attendance: reports to work as scheduled, on time, and ready to work.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated thorough knowledge of casino operations and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. Demonstrated effective and
diplomatic customer service and communication skills, which includes contacts with STAFF MEMBERS, GUESTS and State of Colorado Gaming and other regulatory officials. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
Demonstrated experience problem solving, organizing and prioritizing work. Demonstrated experience in surveillance operations, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication
skills, which includes experience handling difficult and sensitive surveillance investigations. Demonstrated technical knowledge of state-of-the-art electronic
video and audio surveillance systems, including hands-on experience performing bench work level repair and service. Demonstrated experience in security
operations, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated knowledge of self-defense skills.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Three (3) or more years of recent
and related casino experience, preferably in security and surveillance operations. Two (2) or more years of
related managerial experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.

REASONING ABILITY: Takes actions, makes recommendations, beyond the scope of essential duties, which may positively or negatively impact
other departments.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Support Gaming License. Must have a valid Colorado Driver's
License, with a good driving record and must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: No additional skills are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties invoice working in an inside environment surrounded by or adjacent to many pieces of electrical
equipment. Immediate work area may be subject to warm or cold temperature changes. Some surveillance work locations are near loud/high noise levels and a
smoke-filled casino environment. Essential duties involve performing physical exertion: frequent brisk walking, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, stretching, reaching and pushing various materials, equipment and supplies in order to perform duties; and
frequently, for up to several hours, sitting and/or standing throughout an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties may require lifting up to 50 pounds, and working a flexible workweek with additional hours on a non-routine basis. May be subject
to exposure to body fluids from guests who may have been injured or requiring First Aid.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Essential duties involve working with large numbers of people while primarily in an inside environment, which is
frequently loud or containing high noise levels. Some inside locations are heavily filled with cigarette smoke.

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Surveillance related equipment used include VCR's, cameras, portable two-way radios,
screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, hand-saws, CCTV cameras, crimpers, computers, and general office equipment including far; machines, photocopiers,
staplers and tape.
