We are seeking an energetic, customer-service-focused individual to join the Hilton team! The Hilton Anchorage is the largest Alaskan full-service hotel with 606 rooms, and a fun team and atmosphere.
The position is hourly - plus tips and excellent benefits!

- Greets each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage.
- Patrolling the interior and exterior of the premises to detect unusual activities and ensure equipment is not causing a hazard.
- Provides quick and pleasant customer courtesy, service, and satisfaction.
- Report safety and security concerns to a member of the management.
- Follows all established procedures for Shuttle Drivers, including pre-trip inspections, designated routes, accurate record-keeping, and regular, effective radio communication.
- Maintains accurate familiarity with the airport terminals and general area in order to answer questions and provide helpful information to our customers.
- Maintains a clean, pleasant, and calm environment inside the shuttle (including but not limited to, windows rolled up, company-approved audio/video playing, interior lights on, no air freshener spraying, no items on the dashboard, and no food on the shuttle).
- Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service to all internal and external customers.
- Complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements governing, including the Department of Transportation.
- Keeps all areas of the shuttle clean. (including shuttle interior and windows)
- Complies with all uniform and appearance guidelines.
- Follows all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook and Gold Standards.
- Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by Management, especially during downtimes.
Applicants MUST meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be 21 years and older.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and apply for an Alaska driver's license within 30 days of hire.
- Three-year clean driving record.
