Job Description:
- Ability to problem solve and take responsibility for issues with marketplace customers and backend
- Ability to communicate with Amazon on time and solve the FBA problems (listing issue, overstock, shipping, restock etc.)
- Copywriting for Product Pages (product page title, bullet points, enhanced content, etc)
- Product Page Listing Setup & Updating on Amazon
- Work to meet monthly and annual KPIs for marketplace sales
- Identifying & supporting marketing efforts to drive marketplace growth and/or optimization through Deals, Coupons, A/B Testing, Price Optimization, Policies & more
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably on Amazon
- Understanding branding and product listings on various marketplaces.
- Experience working with Amazon FBA and Seller Central issues
- Knowledge of online customer service practices and policies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Highly self-motivated, wanting to learn and able to train others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrate ability to execute strategies and meet critical deadlines
- Demonstrate ability to put ideas/plans into action, and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills and typing speed of 60 wpm.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
