Job Title: Senior Accountant.
Job Type: Full-time permanent.
Salary: $120,000 - $13,000/year.
Location: San Rafael, CA (2 days onsite).
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation of monthly JEs’ and account reconciliations relating to the accounting areas for R&D, VAT, Contingent Consideration, Milestone agreements and other accounting areas.
2. Completion of 10Q and 10K disclosure support for submission to the External Reporting team.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in GL Accounting.
2. Experience of monthly close activities in a deadline driven environment.
