Job Description
The Senior Administrative Assistant will report directly to the President, Global Operations and will support their team of direct reports. They must independently make effective decisions and solve problems with limited time and information. The candidate must present a high level of professionalism, be able to remain calm under pressure, juggle multiple responsibilities and priorities. The Sr Administrative Assistant must have the ability to work with a diverse population and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of contacts. You must have prior experience working independently, making effective decisions to solve problems that require a sense of urgency, at times with limited information.
Responsibilities
  • Managing calendars and arranging meetings.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and submitting expense reports.
  • Organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities, prepare routine correspondence, reports, forms, and department filing.
  • Respond to general inquiries concerning departmental activities.
  • Prepare letters, documents, reports, and various forms from rough draft or general verbal instructions. Must be able to prepare complex correspondence that requires high attention to detail.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Support customer survey process.
  • Pull reports and information from sales database and SAP, provide basic analysis.
  • Carry out special projects and assignments as requested.
  • Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and professional presence.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level leaders in a dynamic, fast paced, technical environment requiring strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and can work with little direction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BS degree in Business
  • Proficiency in calendar and event management.
  • SharePoint knowledge preferred.
  • Well organized and able to establish effective operating processes.
  • SAP Experience.
