Job Description
Collaborate with business users on how best to optimize business processes for the Geneva/GWI/Datawarehouse technology platform and collaborate with technology on how best to optimize the technology platform for the business processes.- Develop a super user community / center of excellence for the technology platform within the business to minimize key person risk and standardize business process and technology usage.
- Act as a high-level subject matter expert on business processes and technical detail within the platform to improve the time to market on technology solutions.
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team to establish and maintain governance / standards around data within the platform to improve data quality
- Drive training (planning and delivery) to ensure users are maximizing the capabilities of the platform.
- Facilitate QA and UAT efforts by driving test case definition for both QA and UAT to reduce the number of bugs in production.
- Facilitate the prioritization of the resolution of bugs and enhancements to the platform to manage capacity across teams.
- Understand business and technology interdependencies across the platform to ensure robust technology solution delivery.
Qualifications
Additional Information
Minimum 8 years’ experience with Geneva and GWI in the Asset Management industry- Expert knowledge of Geneva and GWI;
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks;
A strong understanding of Fund Accounting and Trade Operations, business processes
