Senior Construction Inspector Job at APSI Construction Management
Scope of Work: Seeking construction inspectors to support the ACOE Mobile District. The Inspector performs technical inspections pursuant to conformance with project plans, specifications, codes, and regulations. Please specify experience in one or multiple disciplines including architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform daily inspections of the Work and prepare a daily report
- Review plans and specifications to determine project scope
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, and daily activities
- Monitor and verify compliance with the testing and special inspection program
- Attend and participate in meetings and training as required
- Support relationships between project stakeholders
- Provide notifications to Authorities Having Jurisdiction as required
- Distribute reports to project stakeholders
- Identify and provide notifications of non-conforming work
Requirements: (MUST HAVES)
- 10+ years of construction inspection experience
- 5+ years working in the capacity of an owner's representative
Preferable:
- Experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers
- CQM Certification
