We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical engineering design efforts on a variety of retail, commercial and industrial projects. This department provides electrical engineering services related to vertical building construction in coordination with in-house architects, mechanical engineers and other disciplines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design electrical systems including lighting, power, light safety and security systems - Development of calculations for lighting systems and associated controls - Preparation of detailed design documents - Performing QA/QC of design work - Leading project teams and serving as the primary contact for discipline for clients - Coordinating work with other disciplines - Title 24 - Overseeing and providing guidance of junior engineers - Assisting with the procurement of new work, including the development of client relations and participation in project interviews

Salary commensurate with experience and talent.

The successful candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, masters preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Registered Licensed Electrical Engineer in California.

Prior management and supervisory experience. Additional preferred qualifications include: LEED Certification and REVIT experience.
