Under the guidance of the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration, the incumbent develops, coordinates and implements large scale HR initiatives within all areas of Human Resources. Interacts with multiple HR areas across the organization to understand project needs, assess impact and puts together plans to manage those projects from start to finish. Ensures project feasibility in terms of budget, scope and pace. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field required.

A minimum of (5) to (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience in a large organization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A knowledge of Native American Preference, FLSA, Wage and Hour, and Unemployment laws, with demonstrated success in recruitment, equity and inclusion, employee relations, employee benefits, training and development and the ability to interface with all levels of management. Must possess a demonstrated ability to effectively perform at a high level. Must possess strong communication skills to include exceptional written and oral presentations to both large and small groups.

The ability to lead and influence the success of HR initiatives that support business continuity, process streamlining and implementation. Ability to plan and direct multiple projects. Requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and ability to consult at all levels.
