What You Will Do

As an Internal Auditor within the Finance/Audit organization, you will be responsible for gaining and understanding of key business processes, documenting conclusions based on testing of key controls, and providing value added solutions to the business for everyday use. This unique insight will place you in a position to become a valued business partner to key management stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both the Business Processes as well as IT SOX environments.


How You Will Make an Impact

This is hybrid position and can be located at either our Bethlehem, PA or Secaucus, NJ locations.

  • Assist in performing annual risk assessment and update Company risk matrices
  • Assess design and operating efficiency of controls to ensure they mitigate identified risks
  • Maintain and update internal control documentation including process flow diagrams, narratives, and design and operating effectiveness testing
  • Reporting on audit conclusions including documenting opportunities for improvements
  • Monitor remediation of control deficiencies identified and provide recommendations for operational improvements
  • Identify gaps or limitations within our financial processes and systems, and work with senior leaders and global teams to develop and implement project plans that will resolve these issues
  • Drive project plans including tracking and communicating progress of projects, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring projects are SOX compliant
  • Travel up to 20%


What You Will Bring

  • 4 years of experience (Public Accounting Preferred)
  • Experience working with MS Dynamics 365 required, Fastpath and Visio preferred
  • Good working knowledge of US GAAP, COSO and SOX
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Internal Audit
  • Ability to build solid relationships with senior leaders, global cross-functional teams, and external consultants
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Strong excel and data analysis skills
  • Advanced time management skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
