SENIOR MANAGER OF OPERATIONS (2460) KY ENT NICHOLASVILLE RD Job at Lexington Clinic
The Senior Manager of Operations has primary responsibility for the overall development and oversight of all services provided by Patient Care, medical records, transcription, scanning and indexing, ROI, offsite storage of records, disability, and all training and support associated with the various applications involved in these areas. This includes oversight of staffing, annual budgets, financial management and the continued development of the department (s).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal training which will probably be indicated by a college degree in business or related field, prior management experience in medical practice management and supervision; proven leadership; excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills; ability to share ideas effectively with others in group situations. Ability to make appropriate decisions in the absence of instructions.
Transportation required accommodating traveling to multiple clinic locations.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day.
