Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Lead in partnering directly with the HR People Solutions and the Reporting and Analytics teams to operationalize workforce analytics, translating real-time insights into actions directly supporting business strategy and priorities
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop the analytics strategic roadmap, product specifications, and develop tools which allow the ability to draw conclusion from data analysis to inform strategies, actions, and decision-making
  • Proactively transform unstructured data into actionable workforce insights using data computing and visualization platforms (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc)
  • Work in partnership across the HR Function and the business to complete both planned and ad-hoc analysis and data visualizations
  • Improving stakeholder experience by removing data limitations and influencing IT with potential new system solutions and strategies
  • Proactively connect across the business to encourage real-time problem-solving collaboration across the enterprise
  • Support the creation and presentation of materials displaying analysis findings for a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Oversee and manage insights, visual dashboards and people related products with the support of the HR Reporting and Analytics team
  • Manage business stakeholder expectations and ad hoc requests by translating business questions into technical expectations outlining delivery timelines and expectations by being tactical and strategic
  • Report key insights by identifying patterns, relationships, and outliers to support HR leaders to take action
  • Influence leaders on their KPI and measurement approach by linking data sources and business questions
  • Demonstrate agility in answering and delivering on critical business questions, but influence long term automated solutions providing leading insights
  • Develop data driven compelling business cases which support and prioritize HR Analytics initiatives
  • Partner with the source system owners, and data management team to develop and implement Data Governance through partnering with key stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and five to seven years of experience is preferred. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Working experience, preferably in HR analytics, data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.
  • Advanced data modeling skills in Excel, SPSS, Tableau and hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms / visualization tools desired.
  • Experience working across various levels of an organization, building trust and fostering collaboration.
  • System knowledge in Workday preferred.
  • Must possess written and oral communication skills, problem solving skills, interpretation skills, persuasion skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, planning and organization skills, and reasoning ability. Must possess proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization.
  • Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis. Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
  • This role may have remote flexibility. Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000.
