Providence is calling a Senior Marketing Research Manager who will:

  • Work on a diverse portfolio of research challenges
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, communications, customer experience and regional teams to determine how Providence can expand access and healthcare services in communities across the United States' 10th largest healthcare system
  • Leverage and grow your communication, project management, consultation, analytic, and visual storytelling skills
  • Partner and deliver compelling and actionable insights to the brand and marketing team plus talent, patient experience, strategic planning, and regional teams
  • Manage a portfolio of research initiatives including a large brand, advertising and social media tracker, customer experience and journeys to support service lines, and helm our Quarterly Brand Reviews and KPIs dashboard with rigor and creativity
  • Develop and grow relationships with brand and marketing teams to translate insights into action and influence decisions aligned with strategic and tactical priorities
  • Frame marketing or business needs into research objectives, projects, and programs
  • Design and direct research from inception through delivery and manage a portfolio of work aligned to brand marketing and business objectives
  • Collaborate across the Research and Insights team to leverage a range of tools and data types to complement primary and secondary research and bring relevant insights to our stakeholders
  • Work closely with an ecosystem of market research, marketing, and data analytics agencies

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's DegreeBusiness, Marketing, Mathematics Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field of study
  • 8+ yearsprogressive work-related experience in market research, data science, marketing, or business-related roles
  • Direct experience across a wide range of types of Market Research - Competitive Research, B2C and B2B Research, Advertising Research, Trackers, Customer Experience or Journeys etc.
  • Proven track record and passion for applying marketing analytics to solve complex business problems
  • Project management experience and cross-functional team experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's DegreeBusiness Administration, Marketing Research, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, Psychology, or related field of study
  • 7+ yearsprogressive work-related experience in market research, data science, marketing, or business-related roles
  • Industry experience
