Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Program Manager with an active DoD Secret clearance to support a long-term contract with the USAF. The Sr. Program Manager will serve as the principal point of contact and liaison on operational matters and act as day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership. Assure adherence to quality standards and review of deliverables.
The position is Remote and may require occasional travel to bases in Colorado Springs and San Antonio. Our client is looking to onboard as a contract to hire.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for planning, prioritizing, executing, and maintaining programs and projects per customer requirements.
· Perform project tracking and analysis and conduct project status meeting.
· Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
· Assure adherence to quality standards and review of deliverables.
· Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
· Create and maintain documentation for implementations.
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Required Skills
· US Citizen and possess a Secret Security Clearance.
plus years of Program Management in an agile environment, including at least 2) years managing IT DevSecOps projects specifically.
· Experience with Cloud provisioning, DevSecOps, management, and agile development
methodology.
· Demonstrated ability developing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
· Experience managing project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budget.
· Experience providing technical and analytical guidance to teams.
· Ability to interact with and brief customers on a technical and non-technical level.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Excellent verbal and written skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $75.00 - $78.00 per hour
