As a Senior Project Manager within the Strategy and Transformation team, you are a critical business partner for the API, Excipient and Media cluster and will manage the preparation and execution of strategic projects. The projects in scope are usually of a complex nature and will involve a larger number of international stakeholders within different functions and levels. You will contribute to the execution of the LS strategy and will support the development of strategic initiatives, thus prepare the sites within the cluster for future business and requirements.

The cluster you are supporting is comprised of 6 manufacturing sites in the US, which will require the readiness to travel.

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications: University degree in engineering preferred PMP certification is required Must be fluent in English and have a profound knowledge of quality regulations Minimum 8 years of professional experience Experience in project management and a history of successfully completed larger technical investment projects (5M$-50M$) as project lead.

Preferred Qualifications: Result driven and excellent communication skills Ability to set up effective project teams/-structures and set realistic, meaningful objectives for the project team and effectively lead teams to achieving those project goals You are technology driven and can analyze complex situations in order to develop solutions You are result driven, inclusive and can identify required resources and stakeholders
