Senior Project Manager, Strategy Implementation Job at SageSure
Overview:
SageSure, the insurance first, tech-forward, capital-lite managing general underwriter that focuses on the underserved, preferred homeowners middle-market, is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Strategy Implementation. This exciting role will be pivotal in helping us continue to optimize how we execute against our strategy and allow scale for growth.

What you'll be doing:
Manage multiple, cross-functional projects across the organization and build the playbook for how to deliver this work most effectively.
- Partner with cross-functional resources to develop project objectives, success criteria, and end-to-end plans/roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional execution via management of timelines, deliverables, priorities, and resources.
- Proactively coordinate interdependencies and streamline handoffs throughout the delivery process.
- Assess and communicate upstream & downstream.
- Identify and escalate issues/conflicts that may impede project execution.
- Provide professional/technical leadership in the execution of day-to-day project activities.
- Coordinate and report accurate, timely and complete status updates for key stakeholders.
- Enhance strategic implementation team capabilities and toolsets.
We're looking for someone who has:

- Liaison between technical team, non-technical team members, and clients.
- Experience within the property and casualty insurance industry
- Experience with modern project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira. Etc.)
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) skills
Highly preferred candidates also have:
- 5-7 years of experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects
- Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise preferred
- Previous experience working in a geographically dispersed (remote) team strongly preferred
