Your opportunity
  • Manage the regional delivery of Risk and Control Self-Assessments, the analysis and reporting that adds new value to senior management and the Board
  • Manage the regional error management process, analysis and reporting
  • Manage the delivery of regional KRI’s in relation to risk appetite in a manageable articulate manner that is intuitive to the business
  • Be a subject matter expert in the interpretation and application of the Risk Framework to effectively advise and challenge the business
  • Take ownership of internal stakeholders and positively manage the relationships regionally to build a positive, collaborative and engaged relationship
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders in relation to Operational Risk issues, including clients, consultants, and third parties as necessary
  • Manage and develop the North America team members
  • Input into the development of Operational Risk technology and data
  • Support the business in continuous improvement and throughout business change programs across all functions
  • Act as the regional lead representative for the Global Head of Operational Risk
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Compensation information
The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
