The Morgan Labs team is on a mission to transform how legal services are delivered by leveraging technology and automation. We build products and experiences for Morgan & Morgan's clients, employees, and partners. From tools that make it easier for clients to start their case, using AI to process documents intelligently, bringing transparency to our clients in an opaque industry, we do it all.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, and system customization
- Implement automation in Salesforce using Flows
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide training and support for users on Salesforce platform and automation processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them
- Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
Compensation: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 + Benefits| DOE
