Our business is growing, and we need an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager like YOU to lead our efforts in acquiring talent. This role is based in Parsippany, NJ in The Grand corporate park, with access to all major highways and beautifully landscaped walking paths.

ABOUT YOU
Your expertise is in leading a Talent Acquisition (TA) team, and you know that this is much more than recruiting. You stay current on TA trends, best practices, and utilizing data to make intelligent decisions.
Job Description:
WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the business liaison to our North American operations, you will partner with hiring managers and leadership to determine our talent needs, build our workforce, and elevate the candidate experience. In this role you will develop and lead the TA strategy to meet business needs and:

  • Manage the team to source and acquire a broad array of talent: early career, senior leadership, and hourly production team members
  • Lead, develop, and coach a national TA team
  • Build strategies and create innovative sourcing techniques
  • Promote an inclusive hiring mindset
  • to continue to attract, broaden, and diversify our talent pool
  • Leverage 3rd party job boards, vendors to expand outreach through LinkedIn, Indeed, additional Social Media, and recruiting tools
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members, marketing resources on recruiting campaign strategy
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
  • Minimum 8-10 years leading and developing a full cycle talent acquisition team, preferably multi-site.
  • In depth understanding of an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience in social media recruiting and non-traditional campaigns
  • Knowledge of legal employment regulations; EEO, etc.
  • A growth mindset, curious nature
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Hands on experience with iCIMS is a plus!
  • Industry experience is open with a preference for logistics and recruiting a flexible workforce, particularly hourly production employees
  • Experience using a multitude of innovative candidate sourcing channels
  • Passion for data and recruitment analytics to drive results
