New seafood focused fine dining restaurant in Hood River hiring for all positions.
Our tasting menu will change with the seasons, and feature exciting product from our region and around the world. We have an extensive library of vintage wine, and a curated pairing for the tasting menu.
Service will be formal and guest focused with a high attention to detail.
Food will be crafted with classical technique, creative improvisation, and respect for high quality product.
Fine dining experience preferred, but willing to train candidates who are interested and committed to a career in dining/hospitality.
