Sticks N Stones Steak & Tap in Hannibal, MO is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our strong team. We are located on 211 Munger Lane. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities:

*Setting the table *Presenting the menu and helping customers select food *Delivering food to tables *Delivering a great customer experience; never letting a customer leave upset or unsatisfied *Again, making sure the customer is always happy! *Making sure waitress area is always clean & organized, as well as making sure to help your teammates do any side work that needs done *Keeping the entire restaurant clean & making sure everything is presentable at all times *Cashing out customers and giving correct change *Putting the customer's food order in correctly and making sure they have all that they need *Removing dirty dishes from table whenever necessary; cleaning off table completely once customer leaves *Stocking whatever is needed in waitress station such as napkins, straws, ice, to go containers, etc *Making sure waitress station always has tea brewed, trash goes out when necessary throughout shift and making management aware of when ANYTHING is empty or low *Following basic "cut/side work" sheets to ensure ALL tasks are completed before leaving at end of shift

Qualifications:

*Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Able to multitask efficiently *Strong organizational skills *Ability to work in a team setting *Good problem solving skills *Able to work in a fast paced environment *Customer focused & willing to go the extra mile for our customers *Experience as a server or a waitress is a bonus, but not a requirement

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $5.15 - $7.00/hour.
