Our restaurant is seeking a Server to join our team with a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate for this position will be professional, excellent at multi-tasking and able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Our Servers ensure prompt, accurate and courteous service to our customers and must understand and be able to enforce our safety and sanitation procedures. A successful candidate will work well as part of a team and enjoy the fast paced environment of serving customers in a fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Anticipate the needs of diners and respond appropriately.
- Follow health codes and sanitation procedures.
- Serve dishes from the kitchen to the table.
- Oversee the work of other servers and bartenders.
- Work as part of a team.
- Communicate basic information about menu items to customers.
- Be a leader and mentor to other servers and bartenders.
