Service Concierge Job at Jim Vreeland Ford
Jim Vreeland Ford is in need of a Service Concierge to join our service drive in providing excellent service to our customers. Tasks include but are not limited to: communicating with customers via phone and text message; tracking messages and returning calls as needed for our service advisors; working with our parts team to assist in scheduling appointments for our service advisors;
The ideal candidate is highly proficient with computers, has superb verbal and written communication skills, is exceptionally organized, can adapt to different tasks quickly, can balance many tasks at once, and enjoys working in a high-volume environment. Previous experience at a car rental agency, auto repair shop, or insurance agency is helpful. Applicants must pass the Limited Lines Auto Agent state exam within 45 days of hire. Paid training is included.
This is a full-time, salaried position eligible for employee benefits and performance bonuses. Salary is based on experience. Some weekends may be required based on volume and staff scheduling.
