Service Line Sales – P&R

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BPO relationship of t top key accounts assigned within the Retail, Consumer Goods , Travel & Hospitality , Manufacturing & Logistics portfolio
  • Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients
  • Build a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four – six quarters in the future.
  • Responsible for sales, business development, and customer relationship building
  • Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets
  • Lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy
  • Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution
  • Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed
  • Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process

Mandatory Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience


  • Business degree.
  • Ten+ years' experience with BPO/Operations solutions
  • Good Understanding of the industry domain
  • Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite
  • Combination sales and customer facing experience.
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required
  • Knowledge of the industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities in various BPO areas are highly desirable.
