SharePoint Developer

Work Location: Fully Remote, but will initially be able to come onsite for onboarding

Rate: 85k - 90k+, depending on experience level

Marathon TS is seeking a Sharepoint Developer to support a DoD customer in the Program Executive Office supporting Business Operations for a PMO.

A key skill set for this role is an understanding of and experience with SharePoint with the ability to solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced Agile environment. The candidate has the skills needed to build new services from vision to production-ready systems.

The SharePoint experience required includes out-of-the box SharePoint configuration, creating and engaging customer experiences using front-end development technologies that leverage the Modern Experience in SharePoint Online. The candidate will make use of everything that the Power Platform has to offer to transform how customers interact in a digital workspace. The candidate will work on projects collaborating with the team to build automated business processes and sites in SharePoint and M365 with user centric design.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience with management and development in SharePoint or SharePoint 2013
• 3 years of experience supporting DoD ACAT acquisition programs
• Experience with SharePoint sites using SharePoint Online
• Knowledge of Power Apps
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with SharePoint governance
• Experience with supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft 365
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical staff or customers
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
