SafeSplash/SwimLabs Swim School is a small business in Perrysburg, OH. We are fast-paced, customer-centric, fun and our goal is to teach swimming and water safety to all ages and abilities.

We are seeking an individual who is a critical thinker, loves kids, has great organizational skills and loves swimming! We're looking for a person that has a passion for customer service and past experience dealing with an employee team in a high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who works well with kids and young families. We are seeking an effective decision maker with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate employees to reach their goals.
This position will lead specific shifts, have opening and closing duties and be trained on our front desk management systems as well as our swim lesson curriculum. Also, this job will be personalized based on the individual's experience and skill set.
This position does have the possibility of becoming full-time. Finally, we pride ourselves on our positive, supportive work culture!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
