Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job at SURESTAFF
SURESTAFF is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for the logistics company, C.H. Robinson, in Des Plaines, IL. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will prepare customer orders for shipping, document shipping & receiving, and follow standard inventory and proper put-away procedures for all incoming freight.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Duties:
- Comprehend and prepare customer orders for picking by the warehouse team.
- Follow standard operating procedures for all active accounts.
- Able to read, comprehend and apply basic math skills to all shipping and receiving documentation, including BOL’s, delivery orders, work orders, manifests, etc.
- Maintain a constant sense of urgency to best meet deadlines.
- Maintain constant attention to detail.
Shipping and Receiving Clerk Requirements:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Able to work overtime when needed.
