Job Title - Shipping Clerk
Location - Aquatic / Lancaster, TX
Receiving all purchase orders and invoices
Daily count of units shipped, freestanding and crates made.
Shipping orders and constructing trip jackets
Creating loads packets for loading
Printing load Diagrams – Communicating changes and cut list backorders to loading Team as well as making changes to load paperwork as needed
Ensuring loads are full and requesting add-ons to backfill truck when needed
Constructing and packaging Contract Carrier paperwork and obtaining signatures from drivers
Processing paperwork for less than truck load shipments (LTL’s) includes freestanding FedEx and hd.com crates– Calling in daily and arranging pick ups
Printing and distributing banding list
Processing RMA’s – includes researching inspection logs, POD’s, RGA paperwork and communicating with Dock inspector . Tracy will need to approve selected RMA’S at times. All received RMA paperwork must be turned into scheduler.
Communicating with customer Service Team on CPU’s, RMA’s & sales order changes etc.
Collecting, sorting, scanning, filling, researching & obtaining all POD’s for credit review, shortages & overage issues. Archive filling as well.
Calling Customers – maintaining records of calls by emailing, logging all calls in Sale Force & addressing any issues.
Billing & Invoicing (from T report) and the end of each day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
