Shipping/Receiving Coordinator -2nd shift Job at The Visual Pak Companies
Position Purpose/Summary: Coordinate inventory handling operations. Coordinate and assist with all inventory movements.
Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables
All duties as assigned and the following specific activities.
- Enforce Hazardous Material Handling Procedures and oversee Initial and Annual Training
- Coordinate the movement and locating of all incoming components and chemicals.
- Coordinate inventory receiving activities including all label receiving.
- Oversee and assist with the transferring of raw components and finished goods to other Visual Pak warehouses.
- Assist with the return to stock of raw components.
- Coordinate and help oversee all inventory requests including cycle counts, physical inventory?s, and inventory returns.
- Print PAD?s as needed
- Administrative tasks such as scanning & filing documents.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse at all times.
