Job Description Summary

The Shop Clerk is an hourly-rated position that keeps our shops running smoothly. The Shop Clerk are responsible for timekeeping and maintaining strong relationships with outside vendors in order to make purchases.

Key Duties

· Timekeeping

· Purchasing

· Dealing with outside vendors

· Computer and excel use

· Planning and scheduling service repairs

· Interaction with all shop personnel

· Maintains a constant connection with Supervisor

Requirements

· Self Sufficient

· May include assisting the operation by transporting parts and supplies

· Motivated individual

· Self-reliant

· Able to make decisions

· Knowledgeable in computer technology

· Able to sit for long periods of time

Education/Experience

· High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
