This is a Full-time Seasonal position.

This position begins 02/25/23 and ends 12/30/2023, with the potential to be rehired for the next season.

In search of an Female Alto/Soprano with a strong belt in the style of "Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler and "Heartbreaker" by Pat Benetar.

Summary: Portrays role in dramatic, comedic, romantic, or musical production to interpret character or present characterization to the audience by performing the following duties.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Rehearses parts to learn songs, dance routines, lines, and cues as directed.
• Applies make-up and wears a costume to change or enhance appearance and portrayal of character or role.
• Speaks lines from a script.
• Sings and dances as the role requires.
• Takes direction from Director or directs self and others in production.
• Other related duties may be assigned.

• Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions

Safety Training:

• The vessel is Federally regulated by the United States Coast Guard. All employees will be trained in departmental safety procedures and regulations as mandated by the Coast Guard.

• Must be comfortable working on a moving vessel away from land.
• Expressive abilities, poise, stage presence, and a feel for music are required.
• Able to communicate efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift and/or move 25 pounds frequently to 100 pounds maximum
• The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
• The ability to perform choreographed actions related to performing frequently
• The ability to remember locations and understand and carry out instructions frequently
• The ability to work in extreme weather occasionally

• Previous performing experience, including theme park, theater, and amateur or professional productions is preferred.
• Formal voice, dance, and acting training is preferred.
• Able to communicate efficiently.
