SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate competent operations of equipment including skid loaders, salt trucks, plow trucks, etc.

Responsible for daytime or day after event support.
Must need to be prepared to work in all types of weather conditions and be in good physical health.

Operate skid loader to load and unload materials (e.g., load salt trucks, and unload ice melt from trailers)

Operate salt trucks and salt parking lots/townhome driveways.

Ability to pull a skid loader with truck on winter road conditions.

Ability to shovel snow and apply ice melt to sidewalks by hand or utilizing spreaders.
Perform small and preventative maintenance repairs under the supervision of the shop mechanic.

Must use Company’s CRM program to log service times and material quantities.

Be able to meet service deadlines and follow production plan.

Assist in the basic upkeep and cleaning of shop or satellite facility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid and clean driver’s license required.
- Demonstrates basic organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Perform manual labor, including repeated physical bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. independently and 80 lbs. with assistance.
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand and follow directions.
- Problem solving ability with respect to all equipment types required to perform duties listed above.
- Completes assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Works well with co-workers and supervisors.
- Consistently reports to work on time.
- Ability to maintain personal appearance and grooming expectations, as detailed in the Employee Handbook and Professionalism Guidelines.
- Adheres to Employer expectations regarding conduct as specified in the Employee Handbook and Professionalism Guidelines.
