CGS is seeking to hire a temporary Site Lead to join our team in support to XCTC Army National Guard training. Site Leads provide management of approximately 70 personnel providing support to the ARNG field exercises. You will be responsible for hiring new personnel, managing budgeted hours to accomplish the mission, and managing 6-8 mid-level leaders to ensure they meet the mission within constraints. Must be computer-savvy and able to teach/explain timekeeping, onboarding systems, and other technology to temporary hires. Good communicator a must.
Must be willing to relocate with company-provided travel accommodations for the duration of the job.
Essential Functions:
- Provide leadership, management, coaching, and supervision in a flexible manner that ensures we meet the mission
- Manage unexpected events (injuries, etc.) appropriately and report to higher (similar to a U.S. Army Sergeant Major position)
Requirements:
- Pass a background check
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Ability to safely lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in an outdoor environment using military tents and portable restrooms
Education: N/A
Experience:
- Retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major or retired Officer (Preferred)
