Position Summary
Oversee the site construction activities for large commercial manufacturing facility, future projects may include residential housing projects in Shasta County, CA. Looking for a team player with a passion for excellence who brings strong management, logistics and problem solving skills.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Workload to be approx. 20% office, 80% on-site.
- Responsible to manage all trade sub-contractors, vendors, suppliers, staff and labor while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Responsible for each project scope from beginning to end, including maintaining staffing, budgets, contract scope/code compliance and schedule.
- Responsible for high-level communication and reporting to project team and client, including detailed logs and records.
- Minimum 5 years construction and leadership experience, with a strong knowledge of all aspects of residential and light commercial construction.
- Must be proficient in email communication and digital tools, including construction management and scheduling/tracking software.
DETAILS
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Compensation: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
- Relevant Construction Exp: 5 years (Required)
- Location: Anderson, CA 96007 (Required)
- Additional Compensation: Bonuses
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
