Compensation:Proposed hiring rate of $18+/hour, depending on experience

The Ski and Ride school reservations/cashier roleat Eldora is a front-line position that involves dealing with ahigh volume of guests in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities of this position include, butare not limited to:taking phone reservations for private lessons, checking in guests and guiding them to their next steps in getting set up for lessons,greeting and acknowledging all guests, selling, lessons, programs. As a member of the Ski and Ride School team, proficiency in Ski and Ride school products is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively engages with all Eldora guests either in-person or over-the-phone
• Balancing of personal cashier bank every day including resolving over/short cash issues and providing necessary back-up for daily transactions
• Provides accurate product and mountain information to guests
• Maintains work station by cleaning and restocking supplies
• Handles all inquiries and complaints in a professional and competent manner
• Upholds all Eldora policies and procedures
• Arrives to work on-time and follows schedule
• Adheres to all grooming guidelines
• Is achampion of Play Forever, Powdr's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora's everyday operations.

Job Requirements:

• Must have cash handling experience
• Excellent, teamwork, communication and guest service skills
• Must have basic computer skills and phone knowledge
• Point of sale and software system exposure, ideally with RTP, Flaik, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work long and irregular hours including weekends and holidays
• Minimum schedule requirement: 2-3 days per week mainly during peak hours/days
• Must speak and read English fluently
• This position requires a minimum age of 18 years
• Must be able to speak clearly and hear normal conversations in a noisy environment
