- Evaluation, Start of Care, Plan of Treatment Visits
- Wound Care or Medication Administration Visits
- Shifts at a Facility or Clients' homes

Requirements:
- Physical – FREE OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE STATEMENT (with-in 6 months) signed by MD/DO/ARNP/PA (NOT SIGNED BY CHIROPRACTOR)
- RN or LPN License
- Level 2 background screening with AHCA
- HIV/AIDS certificate
- Driver's license or photo ID and Social Security card
Optional: CPR card & Alzheimer's certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour
