Our Marketing Department is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator. This candidate should be well-rounded and capable of all aspects of marketing and social media, with a primary focus on outbound communication initiatives. With our main headquarters in New Orleans, and operations being conducted out of Dallas Texas and New York City, this position will be fully remote.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Product Promotion- Create and manage digital promotional content focused on Blanchard Systems products to increase website traffic and product interest.
  • Social Media Growth & Engagement- Regularly execute and manage multi-platform social media campaigns to stimulate product interest and increase engagement among prospects and customers.
  • Copy Writing- Create SEO driven written content for the company website, blog posts, white papers and webinars.
  • Email Marketing- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation software to both our client base and prospect base for increased lead generation.
  • Performance Tracking- Utilize social media KPI data to track and improve engagement on social media campaigns.
  • SEO Optimization- Utilize an understanding of SEO within all distributed content to optimize the company’s search engine rankings. Implement ongoing changes for SEO as needed.
  • Collaboration with Graphics Department: This role will work hand in hand with graphic design team members to create visual components used within social posts and other digital content projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 3+ years of social media experience

  • Exceptional communication & writing skills (Webpage copy, online/social media advertising, blogs, whitepapers etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience organically growing social followings across multiple platforms
  • B2B Social Media Marketing experience preferred
  • SaaS based product knowledge preferred
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation platforms and/or email design tools (Vertical Response, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience working within social connectivity tools similar to Hootsuite
  • Working knowledge SEO optimization and Social Media KPI utilization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point or Keynote
  • Creative, Innovative Individual
  • Ambitious, Self-Starter, Team Oriented
