We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan, including content creation and curation, community management, and advertising
• Manage and grow the team's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create and publish engaging, visually appealing content that showcases our properties, team members, and community involvement
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improving the team's social media strategy
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels
• Develop relationships with local influencers to extend brand promotion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Canva
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
