Saddleback Leather is currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to oversee all things Social Media at Saddleback. If you enjoy interacting with customers, creating engaging content and contests, and partnering with a fun and high performing marketing and sales team then we have an opportunity for you.
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for monitoring conversations and leading engagement with current and future customers on social media. They are also responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager and other marketing supported roles in all social media strategy and campaigns and initiatives.

Important Details:
- Location - Must live in the Fort Worth area or willing to relocate. Currently a split of on-site and remote. Will be more on-site in the next few years.
- Travel - Minimal

This will get you to the top of the stack:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge
- At least 2 years experience in social media marketing and/or business analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social analytics tools
- Experience in Ecommerce preferred but not required
Essential Duties:
- Creating and deploying regular engaging content that matches Saddleback’s brand and voice. This includes contests and promotions.
- Review all social conversations happening around Saddleback and respond as needed or report to appropriate people.
- Assist with creating and carrying out social strategy & guidelines in coordination with the relationship team, marketing, sales, operations and customer service.
- Gather, analyze and report on social metrics each month.
- Make business recommendations on data to improve traffic and conversions on site.
- Train other social engagers as needed
