Job Summary:

Windsor is looking to add a Social Media Community Marketing Specialist to report to our Senior Social Media Manager. The perfect candidate should have a passion for working with consumers, sourcing and creating engaging content. The goal of this position is to help build and execute a social media strategy and should have a thorough understanding of social media marketing, audience engagement. This position will partner with the Digital Marketing teams to build and expand our social communities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead community engagement on various social sites i.e. Facebook, IG, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.
• Develop calendar structure for social content by channel (frequency, content types, content sources, etc.)
• Own process and tools for social channels (cross department and external process development, sourcing tools to drive efficiency in program management, etc.)
• Source, curate, create and publish engaging content updates through unique posts and tweets relevant to the client business.
• Day-to-day planning and execution of social media calendar and social content strategy and deliverables
• Analyze content performance and engagement and provide actionable insights.
• Create and edit branded dynamic written, graphic and video content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation.
• Up-to-date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage.
• Seek continuous improvement in all deliverables, templates, and processes.
• Increase knowledge of industry improvements, best practices, new trends, and research.
• Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, creative, e-commerce, merchandising, retail, etc., to develop weekly, monthly and seasonal campaigns that are consistent cross-channel.
• Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
• Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
• Analyze and report on audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects
• Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content
• Use timelines and scheduled content to create and maintain a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience
• Intermediate photo shop skills
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and influencers
• Intermediate skills with video editing software (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Premiere)
• Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
• Proficient in Excel
• Able to take constructive feedback and direction
• Strong follow up, follow through and organizational skills
• Positive, flexible and fun outlook on work
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture
• Experience with Social Monitoring Tools (ex: Hootsuite) a plus, ability and interest to pick up new software platforms quickly a must
• Must be punctual
• E-commerce apparel experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
