Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We are seeking a Social Strategist to help take Keurig Dr Pepper’s iconic brands to the next level across social media. The Social Strategist will be a key player on the Brand Engagement & Strategy team, responsible for defining our brand roles and vision across channels, and bringing it to life through creative briefs. They should be well versed in the latest social trends across channels, understand best practices, and have a point of view on all things social they can share with brand teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Keep a strong eye towards social trends and content to ensure that we’re always pushing the limits of what’s possible on each social platform
  • Look for new ways to improve the social experience across platforms
  • Collaborate with team members on providing breakthrough ways to show up in paid and organic social, based on data-driven insights, audience behaviors, cultural trends, competitive landscape, and new platform features
  • Assist and collaborate on building social media audits and inspiring creative briefs
  • Develop and oversee branded content calendars and their implementation
  • Work with other Strategists to develop relationships with key platforms to be seen as a preferred partner and gain opportunities to test new ad offerings
  • Work with creative teams, designers, and producers to develop highly engaging, business-driving campaigns and content that get talked about and shared
  • Track and evaluate emerging platforms and ad formats, and recommend approaches to improve social media performance and content optimization
  • Evaluate and report on performance of campaigns, using additional support from media and data partners
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, including Campaign & Content Creative, Design, the brand teams, Media, PR/Influencer team, Data & Analytics
  • Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun
Requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a social strategist and/or community manager in a top tier creative organization
  • A deep understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms, audience behaviors, best practices, and trends
  • An insatiable curiosity and passion for creative content across social media
  • A demonstrated ability for inspiring the creative department and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and presentation skills
  • The ability to find a needle in a haystack and then strategically elevate moments that matter across social
  • An ability to turn data and observations into useful insights
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic
  • An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative
  • CPG and brand-side experience a plus
  • Please be prepared to come with documented examples of social strategies you’ve authored

Benefits Statement- Salaried

  • Salary Range: 91,300-167,790
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
