Pibly Residential Programs, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Supervisor for our scatter-site housing program. Pibly Residential Programs provides housing and case management to adults living with serious mental illness in the community.
The ideal candidate will hold their LMSW and have experience working in OMH-funded housing, clinical experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness, familiarity with NYC community based services, and strong communication and documentation skills. Travel is required at times.
Job responsibilities of the Supervisor role include:
-Provide bi-weekly clinical supervision to all Case Managers, discussing issues and high-risk concerns.
-Provide guidance and oversight as needed, assist with client de-escalation and client crisis.
-Communicate with building management for repairs/client issues as needed.
-Review progress notes, service plans and documentation related to Medicaid Billing.
-Participate in IDT meetings with client’s treatment team
-On-Call/weekend availability as needed.
-May carry a small caseload at times to assist with program coverage.
